For me, the body is not something to shape. It is something to listen to.
Everything we have lived is stored there in sensation, tension, and impulse.

Yoga and movement has been my path of study and practice for years. I began with a 200 hour training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Pranayama in Rishikesh, grounding myself in traditional philosophy and breathwork.
Later, I completed a 300 hour Embodied Yoga training in Goa with Parveen Nair, which shifted my relationship to movement from external form to internal awareness.
Yoga is not just movement.
It is a method of inquiry.
Through awareness, we experience the body directly, where patterns become visible and reactions recognizable. In that recognition, we begin to see that nothing is missing.

My teaching integrates structured asana, pranayama, meditation as an exploration of awareness, and embodied movement that allows each posture to arise from within.

Alongside group classes, I offer one on one embodied coaching, working with the body as the entry point to recognize unconscious patterns, regulate the nervous system, and soften automatic responses.

I teach in English in Nice and online. My intention is simple. To make practice practical and guide people back to themselves through direct experience.
