Spring is here 🌸 Join me for a special Spring Edition of Yoga & Apéro by the sea in Nice.
We’ll begin with an embodied yoga workshop including movement, breathwork and guided reflection. A practice to reset, reconnect and welcome the new season with awareness. Afterwards, we stay together for a Mediterranean picnic at sunset.
