A summer evening by the sea. We’ll start with a sunset yoga flow, then gather around a homemade Middle Eastern mezze (cooked by me!), natural wine, kombucha, and refreshing drinks. A relaxed evening to move, connect, eat well, and enjoy summer together. €40

About the event
Yoga & Apéro ☀️
A summer evening by the sea.
We'll begin with a gentle sunset practice,
combining breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement, and a moment to simply slow down and arrive.
No rush, no pressure, just space to breathe, move, and enjoy the sunset together.
After our practice, we'll gather around a homemade Middle Eastern mezze (cooked by me!),
