I believe that change does not come from forcing but from understanding. When we begin to notice what is already here with honesty and without judgment something naturally starts to shift. 

 

This work is not about becoming someone else but about returning to yourself

The Process

We begin with a conversation, a space where you can speak freely and share what is present in your life. Through this, we start to bring awareness to your thoughts, your patterns, and your feelings

I guide you to notice what is already here, not to change it immediately, but to understand it

When something is seen clearly it naturally begins to shift.

From there, we take small steps through simple practices movement, reflection and presence

I am here to guide you through this process to support you and stay with you as things unfold
